A driver later identified as Rodkeem R. Ceasar Green was pulled over around 4:50 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 8 by Loudoun County Sheriffs Deputies in a 2012 Chevrolet Impala in Sterling, on suspicious he was DWI, the sheriff's office said.

When deputies activated their emergency equipment for the traffic stop, Green sped off. Deputies initiated a pursuit, during which Green struck multiple occupied vehicles and recklessly endangered the public, police said.

The driver got out of the vehicle in the 700 block of Fieldstone Drive in Leesburg and fled into an apartment. He left the apartment a short time later and was arrested, police said.

A search warrant for the vehicle and the residence was obtained and deputies located Schedule I and Schedule II narcotics, as well as items indicative of drug distribution. Deputies also located multiple firearms, including one with the serial number removed.

Green was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, two counts of Felony Hit and Run, one count of misdemeanor Hit and Run, Driving Without a License, and Failure to Stop for Law Enforcement.

He was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond. Additional charges related to the narcotics and firearms recovered are pending.
